By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through jl9888 (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Upon closure of an account for cause, jl9888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud will be forfeited in full.

All financial transactions on jl9888 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer

All bets placed on jl9888 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all jl9888 products:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player
• jl9888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or where odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement

• In the event of a disputed result, jl9888's decision — based on available official data and internal records — shall be final and binding

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl9888 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. jl9888 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — upon detecting any of the following:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one registered jl9888 account under any name or identity

jl9888's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl9888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any aspect of the Platform.
